At the meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors of Mastek Limited, held today, on March 8, 2017. SRC has allotted 28,754 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP).
