YouAreHR.com is a privately-owned applicant tracking ATS web service that helps small- and medium-sized businesses hire new people efficiently.

Co-founders Alex Kolesnichenko and Aleksey Trufanov joined efforts in developing this service back in 2010 while dealing with the pains of screening multiple job applicants and organizing a multi-step interviewing process involving the collaboration of several people at the same time.

The goal was to create an easy-to-use system that would streamline the interviewing process, while not requiring any special effort from customers. Today the YouAreHR.com service offers a one-click jobs section for your corporate website, screening forms and collaboration tools, an appointment organizer, and email notifications on a monthly subscription basis.

Unlike other applicant tracking systems, YouAreHR.com offers both hosted self-service and on-premises services. YouAreHR.com also removes the lengthy sales cycle which is typical in enterprise-scale solutions, and lets customers jump-start their hiring process right away, without even requiring a credit card.
