– 362 – VisitsTeamKinetic is a small agile team from Manchester, specialising in community building. We aim to make beautiful and effective applications.
In 2009 we accepted a challenge set by Manchester City Council who wanted to grow their volunteer programme and increase its efficiency and impact, but without increasing costs.
Over the next 12 months we developed the successful first release of TeamKinetic with the key objectives to improve the volunteer experience and enable volunteer managers to spend more time developing volunteers and less time managing the process. Manchester’s active volunteer base rose from 30 to 3000 in less than 12 months
