TSC was formed in 2003 by senior consultants from AT Kearney and Accenture to provide customized
business and financial research services to global clients at compelling economics. The company
operates as a privately owned, independent professional services firm offering decision support
solutions to clients across all major industries globally. The Smart Cube has conducted studies across
multiple industries, functions, and regions for Global Corporations, Financial Services Firms (including
Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Corporate Finance) and Consulting Firms. All of our work is delivered using the offshore high talent analyst team.

York, London, Zurich and Hong Kong, and has 250 analysts (all TSC employees) based in New Delhi, India and Timisoara, Romania. TSC is planning to open additional delivery centers in Uruguay and China by the end of this fiscal year.
