Social Connect

Ullas: Ullas is the Society Connect program of Polaris, recognized
as one of Indias best CSR initiatives. Started in 1997 by the employees of Polaris, this society connect program
encourages the ‘Can Do It spirit in students from socially challenged sections
of the society. It was set up to ignite and
shape the young minds of students from Corporation, Government and
Government-aided schools across the country. Very early in its
evolution, Ullas decided to focus its energies on students from economically
challenged backgrounds going through the most vulnerable stage in their journey
– adolescence! Ullas Trust has reached out to over 30,000 students across
India.

Sampada: Special Appreciation & Mentoring Program Acknowledging
Differently Abled, is a CSR initiative of Polaris with an
aim to involve PWD (People with Disability) or Differently Abled People in the
company mainstream. It is a special appreciation and mentoring program for
acknowledging the differently-abled which encourages them to excel, lends them
