this company is a joke. They will charge you for rework that their techs did wrong. they will sell you equipment that doesn't even work with your applications or equipment you have and then you have to rebuy the correct equipment. they will charge you a half hour to an hour for a 3 min call. if you work there i feel bad for you. you are running around like chickens with your heads cut off cause THEIR IS NO GUIDANCE from leadership. They don't care if you have an emergency and your business is down they will make you wait and that is because leadership doesn't give approvals or do anything to make sure the techs can do their job. They will do the work incorrectly and then charge you again for the work they have to fix. They do not communicate with their employees and leave you wondering when your equipment will be fixed and trust you will be waiting WEEKS! Some of the employees google how to fix your computer. Why would you want to pay top dollars for someone who should be educated in what they are doing and how to fix it. I can google myself duh. This major problem does not fall on the employees IT FALLS ON LEADERSHIP! the owner doesn't care about what is going on, leadership doesn't care if they get back to you in a timely manner and again they charge you for rework. I had a competent company called ACC Technical services and used them for awhile. I ended up leaving to go to ICS as they sold me a dream and then FAILED TO DELIVER OVERCHARGED AND CHARGED FOR REWORK THAT THEY MESSED UP! you want a good company who will be there in a emergency right away and have the right equipment to be installed USE ACC NOT ICS! I regret leaving ACC and wish I had never left to go to this joke of a company! Beware ICS is also rebranding changing website, changing name to ICS not ICS solutions Group anymore and changing their logo. So if you go to a company ask if they were ever ICS SOLUTIONS GROUP! if they were DO NOT GO! THIS COMPANY, THE LEADERSHIP AND OWNER ARE A JOKE! NO WONDER THEY HAVE TO REBRAND LOL They do not deserve even 1 star
