Digitalogy is a Virginia-based on-demand tech sourcing and custom matchmaking marketplace that connects people with pre-screened & top-notch developers and designers based on their specific needs across the globe. We have a very stringent vetting process and less than 5% of teams/agencies get to work with us. We interview their developers or ask for code samples, we verify the portfolios, conduct background references check with their ex-customers, English speaking skills, check the founder’s credentials, and their work history and once all of them are satisfactory, we enroll them as our vendors. We like to work with small, tightly knit, cooperative and lean teams. Our partners are spread across more than 40+ countries.

We start with a 15-minute call to understand the needs of the customer which involves things like – budget, tech stack. geographic location preferences, project details. Our internal matchmaking algorithm is fed by the data collected during the call, we shortlist a couple of teams and ask them to bid once they agree to work on your T&C’s and tick all the checkboxes. We introduce you to them (1–2 teams) within 48-hours and you get to work and discuss directly with them, we do not interfere in any way whatsoever. Plus, our development partners pay us to be a part of our network so we don’t charge you anything for this matchmaking and project management (optional) efforts.
