– 388 – Visits“Debtors Watch (‘DW’) is India’s first web based interactive portal that helps businesses to: (i) report trade defaults, helping recover the same, (ii) perform credit checks by having access to reported defaults and (iii) monitor their customer’s credit worthiness on an ongoing basis.
With CIBIL, only banking and financial institutions can report the defaults of their borrowers; the data for which is used by other lending institutions for doing credit checks. DW however, allows businesses of any form and size (Company, LLP, PF and Proprietor) to report trade defaults against any business.
