As you know, we upgraded our cell phones and purchased DROIDS recently. Unfortunately, we had numerous difficulties getting these phones synced with our Outlook. We were on the phone numerous times with your helpdesk in your office as well as Verizon Wireless. It was your team who finally identified the problem and let the Verizon tech know what he was doing wrong. We have been doing business for 15 years. I have been working with Compunite for MANY years. I have been the guy who calls you and drives you nuts if something is off or is not going right. I do know this. The Hurricane Sandy scenario is the EXACT reason I agreed to move my system to the cloud. My office is in Lower Manhattan Evacuation Zone – I will not be in the office again for at least a week. WE HAVE NOT MISSED A BEAT. Your comment of "if you have internet you have the cloud" has never been more true or more important to me. I am able to log into my entire system from home (thankfully I have power) and be of service to my clients in a major time of need. Thank you for encouraging me to move to the cloud – thank you for making sure it works from all locations. In the future, when you are back in your office and talking to new clients or potential clients, please show them this email (being sent to you during the aftermath of the storm) or give them my name and office phone number. In this world of negativity, I feel when something exceptional happens people should be aware of it. As you know the owner of our company has a bunch of sales people do a lot of traveling. I arrived in Los Angeles yesterday and ran into a very rare occasion where I was unable to log on to my system in the hotel. This was beyond distressing as I am in Los Angeles for 8 days and the prospect of no computer was horrifying. I spent 4 hours last night with engineers at this hotel being told my computer is dead and that it doesnÃ¢‚¬„¢t look for me. I will wind this down by telling you that Steve somehow pulled off a miracle for me today, stuck with it and, figured out/fixed, what I was certain to be a lost cause situation. I am certain that I had never worked with Steve before but I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the results of my first encounter with him. I can now accomplish everything I hope to during my 8 days in Los Angeles.

Compunite has always been our best professional tech vendor, but they out did themselves one recent holiday weekend when our dedicated server failed. They came in, tech guns blazing, and worked alongside of us tirelessly until our server was fully restored and our websites were operating once again. When these guys say "24/7" support €“ they really mean it, and they put our company's needs ahead of their own.
