Choice Technologies

I would say that choice technologies is unique in the way they do business. You can go to any IT company and pretty much get the same services. However, your customer service (sending a highly technical sales manager) to the initial install to make sure exactly what they are installing is what the customer wants sets you apart. Also, the follow up services that you provide are great, asking us to rate the install, having your technician on site for inspection and providing him for the entire day to make sure we were up an running properly were huge benefits in my opinion. <br. Our product that you provided to us, was a standard install for a new rack, wireless access points and internal switches. There is not a whole lot of value that could be added to these products. Other than the fact it is very neat and organized. In comparison to other companies, I would rate you guys at a 5/5 against other companies. Our previous IT company was not very good at what they did.

Holy guacamole €“ Aaron is the BOMB! Not only has he fixed my Outlook issues I was having this morning, but my whole computer is now quicker! He also advised me that I should move my subfiles from under my Inbox to another folder as it would help my Outlook work more efficiently and he took care of setting up the new folder & moving them over. Not to mention the fact that he actually made me laugh today and I havent been laughed all week, Ive been too stressed. Aaron is my new best friend!

I want to let you know that we appreciate the help from Chris D. and Will K. Will was able to quickly resolve our exchange issue, the turnaround time for the problem we were having from the time of notification to resolution was very fast. I want to thank the Choice team for being excellent!
