Founder, President & CEO
Having started out his career as a Business Consultant, and with 18 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, Bala believes that IT decisions must have a single minded focus on “business outcomes”. Bizofit was born out of a burning desire to fundamentally change the status quo.
Bala was most recently the Executive Vice President at Microland, tasked with accelerating growth in the US & European geographies. Prior to that, Bala was with Tier-1 IT services companies, with a 8+ year stint at Infosys Technologies, one of the earlier pioneers in the Offshore IT business.
Bala also holds a B.Tech degree from I.I.T. Bombay, and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

Chandra Shetty
Chandra has over 14 years of experience building software technology products. He has helped deliver these products from inception to releases taking part in all areas – engineering, testing and customer engagements. His main areas of expertise have been networking, security and server applications. Most recently, he was building a cloud security product at an early stage startup in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, Chandra spent 7 years at Cisco Systems, San Jose CA developing network server applications.
Chandra has a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and a Masters degree from IU Bloomington.
